Privacy Policy

Last updated October 19, 2026 · Applies to gamedumpwiki.com and its game-wiki subdomains.

GameDumpWiki is an independent game-reference site operated from California, United States. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the network, use its search tools, or contact us. Privacy questions and requests go to aydenbryant.mail@gmail.com.

Information processed when you visit

Our hosting server and Cloudflare, which provides DNS, content delivery and security services, process technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time and security signals. We use this information to deliver pages, investigate errors, prevent abuse and protect the site. Server and security logs may contain this information.

Search terms you enter are sent to our server to return suggestions and results. Search URLs may appear in server logs. Do not enter passwords, account details or other sensitive personal information into search. The site does not provide public user accounts, comments, a store or a payment checkout.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate corrections, process privacy or copyright requests and keep a record of the issue. Please send only information needed to explain your request.

Cookies and optional analytics

Our Privacy choices control lets you allow or decline optional Google Analytics measurement. Analytics is off until you choose to allow it. If enabled, Google Analytics can process page views, device and browser information, approximate location derived by Google, referral information and online identifiers, and can set analytics cookies. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or the contents of messages to Google Analytics. See how Google uses information from partner sites.

We store your selected privacy preference in a first-party cookie shared across the GameDumpWiki subdomains for up to 180 days. It records your choice and its time, not an advertising identifier. See our Cookie Policy for controls and details.

Google advertising

We use Google AdSense to support the site where advertising is enabled. Third-party vendors, including Google, can use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this site or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to show ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet. Advertising services can also use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to deliver ads, measure performance, detect fraud and apply privacy choices.

Where required, advertising consent and opt-out choices are handled through Google's certified consent message. Our own analytics preference control is separate and is not a replacement for that advertising consent system. If the advertising consent setup is not ready, our site does not enable advertising requests. We do not intentionally request personalized ads when a Global Privacy Control signal is detected.

You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and participating vendors through YourAdChoices. These external choices do not replace any consent needed on this site. More information is available in Google's Privacy Policy and our Advertising Policy.

Sharing and service providers

Technical information is processed by our hosting provider and Cloudflare to operate the site. Google processes information when the relevant analytics or advertising service is enabled. Your email provider and ours process messages you send. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or investigate abuse. We do not offer a business of selling visitor contact lists.

Some advertising-related disclosures may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable US privacy laws. Use Privacy choices to decline optional analytics, use available advertising privacy controls, or contact us to opt out. When Global Privacy Control is enabled in your browser, our site keeps optional analytics and advertising requests off. This applies to that browser; it does not identify you on other devices.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purpose it was collected, such as responding to a request, maintaining necessary records and investigating security incidents, subject to applicable requirements. Server and provider logs follow their configured retention and rotation schedules. Analytics retention also depends on the Google account configuration. Retention varies by purpose and provider. You may ask us about a specific record or request deletion. We use HTTPS and access controls, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, limit certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. California residents may have additional rights under applicable California law. The rights available to you depend on the applicable law and the type of processing involved.

To make a request, email aydenbryant.mail@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Tell us the relevant URL, browser or correspondence so we can find the information. We may ask for proportionate verification and will respond as required by applicable law. Authorized agents should explain their authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. You may also have a right to complain to your local privacy regulator.

Visitors aged 13–17 and children

The site is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information should contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate. Visitors under 18 should involve a parent or guardian before sending personal information. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of visitors under 16 without the consent required by applicable law.

International processing and updates

Our site is operated in the United States. Hosting, security, email and Google services may process information in other countries according to their terms and safeguards. We may update this policy as the site changes; the date above identifies the current version. Material changes to optional processing may require a new choice.
